 Interlibrary Loan Billing Assistant (LIBRARY AST 3) Job Summary The UC Davis Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL) obtains material from other libraries for the use of UC Davis faculty, staff and students and provides UC Davis library books and copies to other libraries in the United States and abroad. Under direction, this position performs specialized duties relating Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery billing management. Creates and maintains billing accounts and invoices. Reports and manages electronic fund transfer accounts with Interlibrary Loan cooperative services and request management software. Manages Document Delivery account registration and maintenance and request fulfillment. Cross-trained to perform ILL Lending and Borrowing functions as needed. Serves as a Desk supervisor and ILL specialist at the Circulation/public service desk according to unit needs.
