Posted Job Title Financial Administrative Coordinator in Life Sciences Business Office Job Profile Title Financial Administrative Coordinator Job Description Summary SAS Finance is seeking a Financial Administrative Coordinator. The Financial Administrative Coordinator will report to a Regional Business Office Manager (RBO). This position is an integral member of the Life Sciences RBO within the School of Arts Sciences. The Life Sciences RBO supports the unique business needs of 12 departments, programs and centers. SAS Finance staff is committed to supporting the academic mission of the School and the University by adding value through our work, finding solutions to operational challenges, and helping to prepare the School for tomorrow Job Description The Financial Administrative Coordinator provides financial and administrative support for Life Sciences RBO to ensure efficient and timely daily operations. This position will be the first point of contact for Life Science RBO clients demonstrating excellent customer service skills and knowledge of University financial policies. The Financial Administrative Coordinator will process and review all transactions, assist in processing weekly payroll, reconcile accounts, run monthly reports and answer policy questions. The successful candidate for the position will have the ability to work with, and the desire to learn from management and experienced colleagues in the office and across SAS. DUTIES:

Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School School of Arts and Sciences Pay Range $20.45 - $25.00 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
