Job Description General Summary Responsible for the individual and aggregate/system community health agenda(s) of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) and its Member Organizations. Oversees community health programs including community health policies, needs assessments, and adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements. 1. Master's degree in nursing, public health, or health care administration required. 2. Ten (10) years' experience in community health improvement or population health work within a large health system or local/state health department to include:
