Posted Job Title Production Coordinator Job Profile Title Theatre Technician Job Description Summary The Production Coordinator works to support the PLA production & operations team across all program streams in a busy 4 venue, 2 facility performing arts operation. These programs include a robust professional presenting season, University rentals & events, external rentals & events, and support of an active student performing arts community. This role will provide: Operations Support such as coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, and managing the artist hospitality for the presenting season; Administrative Support & data entry in PLA platforms such as Artifax, Smartsheet, and When To Work; Venue Supervision for work calls, rehearsals, and performances - liaising with other PLA departments; and Production Crew Support by working as a member of the technical staff for load-ins, load-outs, run crews, and theater maintenance.
