 Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (CLIN RSCH CRD) Job Summary Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator Under direction of the Principal Investigator supporting the Baar Lab for the Periodic Table of Food Initiative- Phase II Studies- 'Precision Protein-Based Food Products for an Equitable, Sustainable, and Healthy Global Population' Project. This position is an 8-month limited term appointment based on one-time funding, the project has an end date and is not ongoing. The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator will initiate, conduct, and publish research studies connected to nutrition as it relates to muscle biology and metabolic health. Relevant skills include experience performing tissue culture, writing and working closely with an IRB and recruiting subjects, collecting human clinical samples and data, and analyzing statistical data. Provide support to the project based on the role of nutrition in the optimization of musculoskeletal adaptation to exercise.
