Tele ICU Tech

Are you passionate about healthcare, do you have good computer skills, and are you a great team player?  Our Tele Critical Care department wants to add a Tele ICU Tech to the collaborative team. Our ideal candidate will integrate data between eHR and the Critical Care software.

• Full-Time - 36 Hours / Week
• Rotating Days / Nights Shifts
• Admin Experience and Medical Terminology Knowledge Preferred

Role Purpose

Provide support to critical care nurses and physicians in the remote care of ICU patient populations across the BJC System. Enables the critical care team to provide immediate care and surveillance to ICU level admissions through rapid waveform detection, medical record review, admission into Tele ICU platform. Reviews and documents laboratory data, ventilator data, and compliance of best practice protocols of care directed at improved outcomes. Collaborates with the bedside support teams (unit clerks and monitor techs) to ensure life saving devices are appropriately applied and reviewed.
