Qualifications

An appropriate doctoral degree is required.  Teaching and ministry experience are desirable.  Additionally, the candidate must be committed to the Reformed faith as expressed in the Westminster Standards.  

Applicants must be able to fully support the University vision, mission and statement of faith, and contribute to the spiritual and academic fellowship of the university.

Compensation

Compensation and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The University supplements major medical insurance and contributes up to 8% of salary to a retirement fund.

• Letter of intent, including explanation of your interest in Christian higher education, and how your background fulfills the Responsibilities and Requirements described above. In your letter of intent, please also list any disagreements with the Westminster Confession of Faith.
• A 3 to 4 paragraph statement of how you would integrate the Biblical worldview into your instructional content.
• A brief account (750 words or less) of your spiritual pilgrimage including the time and circumstances surrounding your becoming a believer in Christ and your current relationship with Christ.
