Posted Job Title Manager Research Project A Job Profile Title Manager Research Project A Job Description Summary With mentoring from the Principal Investigator and an experienced research nurse practitioner, the Research Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of complex projects conducted by the study team. The Research Project Manager will take a leadership role in managing the detailed operations of several projects, coordinating activities and visits among multiple studies, and allocating staff resources as appropriate. The Project Manager will also participate in scheduling and serve as a back-up for conducting study visits for assigned studies, in conjunction with staff he/she supervises. The project manager will assist in on boarding and training of new staff, and he/she will ensure harmonization of study activities between studies. The Research Project Manager will be required to ensure that studies/research are conducted safely and according to protocol, provide supervision to coordinators and teams conducting the study/interventions, and collaborate with peers from other Universities and funding agencies. The Research Project Manager will also be responsible for laboratory supplies, freezer and specimen management, and other day-to-day activities of the lab. The project manager will assist with quality control and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and develop/modify study protocols and case recording forms. The Research Project Manager will assist in regulatory oversight of the research coordinators and correspond with the regulatory bodies, such as the Institutional Review Board. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Perelman School of Medicine Pay Range $51,824.00 - $78,096.00 Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
