As our team’s Bookkeeping Manager, prioritized daily efforts will require solution-based planning, execution, and oversight of all fundamental aspects of in all things accounting and vehicle administration departments.

This position requires strong day-to-day managerial, organization and critical thinking skills to properly execute on a variety of tasks and responsibilities while adhering to well-established bookkeeping practices and accounting principles.

Primary areas of position function and the specific assigned daily activities resulting will include, but are not limited to, each of the following concepts...

Position-Related Tasks

  • Build, issue, organize and manage transactional-level documentation (e.g.,statements, receipts, contracts, etc. – hard and digital copy versions)
  • Prepare, record, reconcile and report standardized bookkeeping practices (e.g., A/R, A/P, HR, banking, regulatory/licensing, etc.)
  • Calculate, collect, remit and report sales, use, personal property and other miscellaneous tax filing activities
  • Generate and maintain core inventory accounts, general ledgers and schedules (e.g., expense, profitability, depreciation, financing, etc.)
  • Prepare and audit for regular financial statement creation support

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage department-level personnel for optimized bookkeeping, titling and registration process efficiency, reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and enhance financial gatekeeping policies and processes
  • Collaborate, build and evolve organizational-wide workflow processes to meet customer and operational demands

Capture Automotive | Tamaroff Leasing employees will be required to engage in an all-hands on deck philosophy as it relates to everyday operation. We are a full-service provider for our primarily automotive-based customers in a small niche service/product market. Each employee is required to be fully knowledgeable and flexible in all company-wide daily tasks including those outside of their position focus, at times.
