Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking an Operations Coordinator that will proactively coordinate the department's operational duties to support the Graduate and Professional Education team to ensure success. The responsibilities of this position will include daily support of and customer service for student/faculty/third party vendors for non-credit courses, including coordinating invoicing and receivables with the business office.

A Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Daily enrollment management support of and customer service for student/faculty/third party vendors for non-credit courses, including email and telephone support. Includes support via CampusCE, CANVAS Catalog, and other related systems.
  • Work with the business office and campus commerce financial services, providing enrollment information and chart of accounts information to these offices to facilitate revenue allocation from non-credit courses to campus departments
  • Coordinate invoicing and refund information with departments.
  • Proactively run regular reports from CampusCE, Ignite, and TouchNet.
  • Coordinate travel management, expenses, and calendar management for the GPE team.
  • Monitor status of pending contracts and contract renewal deadlines for the department.
  • Set up team events and special meetings as assigned, and ensures that technical requirements, catering, and other needs are provided as appropriate.
  • Assist with special non-credit course-related retreats or events.
  • Coordination of hiring process for student workers; management of student worker task load and priorities; ensuring successful and timely completion of assigned projects; fostering successful student worker performance and development.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
  • Ability to comply with university policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
