Enrollment One Stop Representative Job Identification: 16528 Posting Date: Job Schedule: Locations: Degree Level: Job Description: What We're Looking For The Baylor University One Stop team is seeking a One Stop Representative to join the Enrollment Management team. In this role you will work with prospective and current students and their families to answer, counsel, and advise on all educational questions related to admissions, financial aid, and payment processes. This position is important to Baylor's enrollment goals as assisting incoming and continuing students with their financial aid and billing questions will help retain students year over year as they progress towards graduation. By utilizing available resources and providing exemplary customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits, the One Stop Representative fills an important role within the division of Enrollment Management. Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
A Bachelor's Degree, less than one year of relevant experience are required. Up to three years of relevant experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. As a Baylor Enrollment One Stop Representative you have the flexibility to work remote, in person, or a combination of both. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do The Enrollment One Stop Representative will work as a member of the Baylor One Stop team to advise and counsel prospective and current students and their families with questions related to the enrollment process, financial aid, and billing/student account issues. The full salary range for this position classification is $14.35 - $23.67 per hour. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certification, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
