Cardinal Health?s Embark Program is an entry-level professional development and capability building program. Through a robust career readiness journey, we prepare participants with the skills to navigate the organization and build connections while providing challenging assignments that aid in growing and owning your career path. The program is geared towards recent college graduates interested in the healthcare industry that are searching for a rewarding career. With our Embark Program, you can do what matters, stay balanced and find your place. Cardinal Health is where you belong. Location: Dublin, Ohio and Remote Start Date: June 30, 2025 Why choose the Finance Embark Program? The Finance function oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Participants will serve in a full-time capacity on a team within the Finance function during the 12-month program. Teams may include, but are not limited to:
