Job Description Summary

The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project meetings, manage project budgets, and ensure timelines align with client objectives.

• Prepare and coordinate project reports at all phases, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction.

• Oversee the selection and management of consultants and construction teams, integrating other services as needed.

• Review and advise on project-related requisitions, change orders, and invoices.

• Supervise and manage the performance of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.

• Provide detailed documentation and progress reports to clients and facility management.

• Contribute to the marketing and presentation of project management services to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering/construction project management.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
