Department Name: H3998:EVPHA Finance Job Summary: This position will support the Revenue Management Director, as well as the needs of Enterprise Leadership. This role will be expected to deliver value and drive alignment for enterprise-wide strategic imperatives. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate financial planning tools, calendars, and systems while optimizing existing practices and procedures. Other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid remote position. There is an internal candidate being considered. Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data. In addition, must demonstrate the ability of applying accounting principles for cost planning, budget variance reporting and strategic decision making. Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance (including PB/HB gross revenue analytics, PB/HB case/charge level budgeting/forecasting, CPT/Rev Code trending, case ratio evaluation and strategic financial analysis) in an integrated healthcare environment. Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Position Time Status: Full-Time Required Education: BA Required Related Experience: 5 yrs Required License/Registration/Certification : None Preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is desired. Preferred experience in strong data management, SQL, Microsoft Tools and strong data management background. Need to know Access, Tableau, BI, Excel & SAP. Experience with EPIC and Syntellis a preferred focus.
