Summary The Manager - Office, Conference Center, and Employee Experience will be responsible for working collaboratively with many departments across our Association to create a positive, engaging and supportive work environment. This position will also be the lead in managing APTA Centennial Center’s conference center in partnership with our outsourced Events team, providing service to APTA staff, members and external partners and clients for all activities, including but not limited to meetings, social activities, and other public and private events. This position demonstrates excellent judgement in analyzing details and possesses the skills to make connections across different projects and adapt to clients’ unique needs in pursuing the successful completion of program objectives. In addition, this position incorporates business analysis skills to assist the organization in assessing business problems and change solutions. Essential Functions
