Available Title(s): 158-NN_FACULTY - Teaching Assistant Professor - Career Business Title: Teaching Assistant Professor Employee Type: Faculty (+) (Fixed Term) Position Term: 9 Month Position Details: The Opportunity: The School of Food Science (SFS), College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS), and Washington State University (WSU) serve the region's growing food industry. Our high-caliber faculty, growing undergraduate and graduate degree programs, high research productivity, and excellent extension and outreach activities make SFS one of the top food science programs in the United States. We are looking for an instructor with expertise in food chemistry and product development to teach undergraduate and graduate courses within SFS and assume administrative responsibilities in our online certificate program and develop and deliver courses within Summary of Duties: The successful applicant is expected to:

In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment.
