Landscape Operations Manager
Bard College
The purpose of the Landscape Operations Manager position is to direct and lead the Grounds and Horticulture staff through day-to-day operations, to facilitate work orders and follow up with service requests making sure they are completed in a satisfactory manner. A well-maintained campus landscape is vital to student recruitment and retention, day-to-day operations and enjoyment of Bard College.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Managing the Grounds Crew (12 employees), Horticulture (6 employees), Trash (2 employees), and student workers

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 This salary range reflects the College?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
