As a member of the Georgetown University, Office of Advancement's Stewardship team, the Stewardship Coordinator, Data and Special Projects works to build a culture of gratitude and ensures that donors are appreciated, informed, and engaged. The Stewardship Coordinator's work ultimately touches donors at every level. Thus, a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, thoroughness, attention to detail, and timeliness are critical. The Stewardship Coordinator manages a variety of projects core and critical to the work of the Stewardship team. The role supports various team members and projects throughout the year, including mass digital and physical mailing projects, data management, project management, and editing and reviewing communications. Marshaling and organizing data from a variety of sources, the coordinator supports the creation of accurate and effective reports and communications with donors, ensuring that these communications demonstrate gratitude and communicate the impact of donors' investment in the university. Work Interactions This position works with a broad range of university-wide colleagues and external constituents and is highly service-oriented. The coordinator reports to the Director of Donor Reporting and Impact and works closely with members of the Stewardship team and with teams in development, Advancement communications, database and information management, gift accounting, and administrators in schools and departments throughout the main and medical campuses. The coordinator represents the Office of Advancement and the university among some of our most generous donors; therefore, they must understand all components of these respective offices. Due to the level of confidential information handled, this position requires careful judgment and discretion, particularly when dealing with donors. The diversity of workload requires flexibility, efficiency, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for a wide variety of assignments. Requirements and Qualifications

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $20.16 - $31.30 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
