On this role you will work closely with the Mexico and Central America Project and Development Services Operations Direction providing accuracy to the financial information of Mexico and Latam through financial planning activities such as forecasting, budgeting and controls implementation.

Your key responsibilities on this role:
â¢Â   To support Mexico and Latam Finance operations to issue financial information for users in USA.
â¢Â   To participate in the AOP (yearly, quarterly) process for within the administrative and operational area.
â¢Â   To perform profitability analysis of the Project and Development Services in Mexico and Latam
â¢Â   To help to update and create controls, policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, insightful and uniform analysis.
â¢Â   Support of quarterly, mid-year and annual PDS financial reporting requirements.
â¢Â   Coordination with the market leaders group including the administrative roles in all Mexico and Latam regions.
â¢Â   Monthly, quarterly, and mid-year and full year closing as well as compliance with special shareholders reporting requests.Â
â¢Â   To Support Regional PDS Managing Director with business and financial analyses.
â¢Â   To Support local management teams with finance template files, business reasoning and controlling issues.
â¢Â   To support the administrative roles with Tax and cashflow reports and tax optimization among local legal entities.Â
â¢Â   To help to ensure proper operation and clear roles and responsibilities for the local financial team including job descriptions, interfaces, and setting up goals for each individual.
â¢Â   To Perform internal audits to administrative process to avoid risks
â¢Â   AR follow up and reporting.
â¢Â   To follow up on financial information issued by Finance Mexico to communicate to Operations Management Team
â¢Â   Improve the accounting of the area by analyzing the records and performing any changes needed and be more involved in the billing request process to present financial information reliable for the decision-making process.

Education:
Degree in Accounting, Finance
Previous Experience:
Minimum 8 years on a Global Company with strong finance and accounting background, including a good understanding of forecast, budget and other FP&A activities. 5 years in similar positions.

-Interact closely with Finance HQâ™s as well as for appropriate decision making.
Team work
-High level of confidentiality and complexity in problem solving.
-Activity remains essentially objective and controlled financial information of the Organization
-Advanced level of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Knowledge and use of ERP systems
-Knowledge and use of Hyperion or Workday (Desirable)
