Chief Financial Officer

Overview: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees and manages the financial-revenue cycle roles and health of the practice, while seeking opportunities for improvement with the collaboration of practice administration, physicians, and the Board of Directors. *Will participate in preparing monthly and annual reports of financial accounts, including accounts receivable, insurance, collections, general ledger, and other financial functions. * Will work with the administrator to ensure that all practice assets are utilized to the maximum and allocated in the practice's best interest. They *Will work and communicate effectively with all staff to help achieve financial and service goals while providing high-quality patient care. *May have opportunity in the next 2-5 years to move into Executive Director/Administrator role if desired and approved by the Board. **Salary commensurate with experience and revenue responsibility, minimum $105K, may be negotiable.
