New opening for a small animal veterinarian in West Chester, Ohio. Female-owned, non-corporate practice in business since 2009.  We operate in a beautiful 11,000 square foot hospital with five exam rooms and the latest equipment. Enjoy daytime shifts only; no after-hours.  Benefit from the mentorship of our team of doctors with over 50 combined years of clinical practice.  Our team culture values collaboration; we have morning meetings daily and monthly full-staff meetings to facilitate communication. We support veterinarians in practicing high quality medicine while also allowing veterinarians to dictate their own practice.  We value continuing education and growth in clinical practice.  Our compensation package starts at $130,000 (F/T), continuing education stipend, health/ vision/ dental, PTO, and matching contributions to IRA account.
