Provide general desktop support with a focus on technical support and maintenance for the College’s technology classrooms and meeting spaces on campus. This includes user support for those using the comprehensive technology environment and supporting the College’s initiative to embrace technology across the teaching and learning environment, administrative services, and residential living. Work will include daily troubleshooting of technology-related issues for all areas of campus and assisting all constituents, performing routine maintenance and testing of classroom equipment, and replacing faulty or failed equipment. Reports to the Helpdesk Team Leader as part of the user support team. Essential Job Functions
