The Senior Staff Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for faculty, staff, students, and visitors at the Law School. As the first point of contact, you will embody our values of respect and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions reflect the high standards of our institution. In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Senior Executive Director of the Law School and a range of senior staff members, including the Director of Academic Affairs and Registrar, the Program Director of Alumni Relations, the Director of Finance & Administration, the Director of Information Technologies, the Director of Marketing and Communications, and the Director of the Law Library. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do!
