 Cluster Five Administrative Assistant (BLANK AST 3) Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Cluster Five Business Office Supervisor and receiving guidance from graduate group program coordinators, provide direct administrative support for the ESP undergraduate advising services, cluster graduate group operations and cluster business services operations including the following: responding to admissions inquiries; reviewing and preparing applications for review; applicant, student and course information data entry; course scheduling; preparing and compiling course evaluations; maintaining calendars; travel scheduling; event planning and coordination; preparing and assisting with purchasing goods and services; assisting with and reconciling travel and entertainment reports and assisting with internal and external communications. Department Overview This position provides administrative assistance to central cluster operations and may be called upon to support the individual departments supported by the cluster. Cluster Five is housed within the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and serves the Departments of: Agricultural and Resource Economics, Environmental Science and Policy and Human Ecology. The Cluster supports six graduate groups and one graduate program. Position Information
