Responsible for assessing, assigning, and monitoring daily workload, providing higher-level customer service, acting as a preceptor for all new staff and serving as both an internal and external resource. Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, participate in special projects, and serve as a technical resource for the team to include full knowledge of all relevant systems and total revenue cycle operations.
