Convenient Care Nurse Practitioner Farmington MO

• Full-Time Nurse Practitioner for Convenient Care in Farmington 
• 40 hr/week (work 36)
• 3 days a week
• 12 hr/shifts 8 am-8 pm
• Schedule rotates
• Some weekends and some holidays
• 1-2 years as FNP preferred but open to New Grad NP with RN background

Role Purpose

The Nurse Practitioner (Convenient Care) utilizes a high degree of knowledge, skill, and competence to deliver the full scope of patient care in a 7 day per week non-emergent convenient care setting. This position assesses, diagnoses, and initiates a patient care treatment plan within the scope of a formal physician collaborative practice agreement. In this position, patient care is performed with considerable independence, guided by physician-approved protocols, and evaluated through chart review, consultations, and the observation of results under the general medical direction of their collaborating primary care physician.
