  • Manage business-to-business buyer accounts by expanding services, providing comprehensive details, and optimizing our CRM system for better business relationships.
  • Stay up to date on sales trends and product knowledge. Must be able to explain product features and benefits.
  • Recommend products, upsell, and encourage customers to purchase
  • Build relationships with both influencers and B2B dealers using personalized approaches and frequent communications
  • Work with marketing on material and content needed to grow existing accounts 
  • Assist in developing and implementing a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and collaboration.
  • Enter all leads and sales, including customer information, into our online CRM sales portal.
  • Work closely with purchasing, operations, production, and warehouse managers on timely, accurate, and complete order fulfillment.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, quotes, and other documentation required to support the sale of Group-A Engineering.

  • Offroad/Performance Automotive industry experience is mandatory
  • Team player
  • 1+ years of working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday, Zendesk, Etc.)
  • 2 – 5 years of customer service/sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, manage time, and identify and meet tight deadlines
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and messaging to generate sales
  • Strong organization, time management, and critical thinking skills
  • Computer Literacy (Outlook, Excel, Business Intelligence Tools)
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to travel for dealer visits
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our headquarters in Norco, CA
