The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of the CUIMC Analytics Development Team, the Analytics Developer develops and maintains the tools used for advancing the mission of Mailman School of Public Health???s ICAP organization. This position will design and create data structures, reports, dashboards, and related data extracts from various institutional data sources, including accounting, human resources, clinical information, and medical practice management EHR systems, and others. This individual must be proficient in SQL coding, the use of institutional business intelligence tools, related data models, and best practices for data warehousing. In addition to development work, this position requires the individual to review analytic requests, provide status updates, set user expectations, and generally demonstrate the ability to explain technical solutions to others. This individual must be team oriented and possess strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities
