About the DepartmentOur Resident Education and Development team is responsible for providing leadership in the development of a positive community within the residence communities. Our goal is to be a partner in students' educational journey through an intentional, educational and vibrant residential experience! Job OverviewThe Living-Learning Communities (LLC) Manager is a full-time, live-on professional staff member that manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the Living-Learning Communities program in Resident Education & Development. This position works directly with the Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives to develop, plan, and implement the LLC program by establishing campus and academic partner relationships. This includes attending monthly LLC meetings, planning all-LLC partner meetings and all-LLC programming for students, and serving as the main point of contact regarding the LLC program. This role requires working occasional evening and weekend hours. This role is key to successfully supporting the bridge between academic and student affairs. Essential Functions
