PRIMARY PURPOSE: Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (SEP) the Assistant Vice President - Operations partners with the Physician Assistant Vice President in primary leadership and management of an Operational Division. An Operational Division consists of multiple practice locations and includes at least 70 full time equivalent (FTE) providers. Along with the Physician Assistant Vice President, this position has primary authority and responsibility for all activities within the Division. The Assistant Vice President – Operations serves as the first point of contact and primary problem solver and is accountable for all Division outcomes and activities. BENEFITS:
