About the College: California State University, Northridge is conducting a search for an Associate Dean of the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics. Serving 300 graduate students and approximately 6,400 undergraduate majors with degrees in Accounting, Information Systems, Economics and Business Administration with concentrations in Business Analytics, Business Law, Finance, Financial Planning, Global Supply Chain, Insurance, Management, Marketing, Operations Management and Real Estate. The College is among the largest full-time undergraduate business programs in the United States. The College currently consists of seven departments: Accounting; Business Law; Economics; Finance, Financial Planning, and Insurance; Management; Marketing; and Systems and Operations Management. The College employs approximately 95 full-time and 50 part-time faculty. Additional information about the College is available at https://www.csun.edu/nazarian. About the Position: The Associate Dean interprets and executes academic policies and regulations of the University and the College.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience. The University offers excellent fringe benefits. The anticipated hiring salary range is $180,000 - $190,000 per year, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
