JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Program Manager to provide administrative direction for the Clinician Onboarding and Orientation program. Partners with the directors, departmental contacts, and other stakeholders to facilitate the efficient onboarding, orientation, and training of Duke Health Clinicians. Responsible for successful transition from recruitment to onboarding, orientation, and start date.

JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
