General Description of the Job Class The Financial Analyst II, Capital Analysis, is responsible for administering FP&A's capital planning and capital tracking software, overseeing the approval routing process and project creation, project closure activities, capital pool reporting, and related customer support. The Financial Analyst II may also participate in the review and revision of simple business plans and associated financial analyses.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Education Work requires a Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience Work requires a minimum of four years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or a field directly related to specialized area of assignment. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification N/A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Must also be proficient with PowerPoint and Word. Workflow automation experience is highly desired. Must be an organized, detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent written English and customer service skills.
