PAYROLL MANAGER Full-Time Exempt ![]() The Payroll Manager position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team. Are you interested in pushing the boundaries of what education could be for a dynamic community college in a beautiful rural setting? If yes, then this is the position for you! As a Full-Time Exempt Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of payroll staff, implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Reconciles payroll accounts and assists with the development of the payroll system. Prepares necessary reports for state, federal, and other agencies (i.e., PERS, SAIF). Work with a high degree of independence and responsibility.
