Responsibilities The Director of Development for the College of Humanities is a member of the University Relations and Advancement team, reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Campus Development Programs. Working in consultation and close coordination with the AVP and Dean, the Director of Development is responsible for designing and carrying out a comprehensive fund development program aimed at identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding prospects and donors for major gifts at and above $25,000 to support priority areas within the college, including its diverse and multi-cultural academic departments, programs and centers.
