Chief Strategy and Development Officer

The Chief Strategy and Development Officer (CSDO) at LifeLong Medical Care will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s short and long-term growth strategy while ensuring alignment with LifeLong’s mission to provide high-quality health, dental, and social services to underserved people of all ages. Reporting to the CEO, the CSDO will lead business development initiatives, oversee the organization’s strategic planning, grants and donor development, the government and community relations strategy, and external communications efforts.

LifeLong Medical Care is a multi-site, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a rich history of providing innovative healthcare and social services to a wonderfully diverse patient community. Our patient-centered health home is a dynamic place to work, practice, and grow. We have over 15 primary care health centers and deliver integrated services including psychosocial, referrals, chronic disease management, dental, health education, home visits, and much, much more. Benefits Compensation: $225k - $275k/year. ResponsibilitiesThe Chief Strategy and Development Officer helps to ensure LifeLong Medical Care continues to grow sustainably, while driving alignment with key partners and securing the financial and organizational resources needed for long-term success. This role is vital for optimizing LifeLong’s external relationships with government entities, associations, and private healthcare organizations, ensuring that services are mutually beneficial and aligned with community health priorities and LifeLong’s mission.
