This role requires proficiency in office automation software and applications, including AiM, Windows, Outlook, and Tridium Niagara Building Automation Software. The Physical Plant Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships while handling sensitive materials with discretion and tact. This position also provides consultation, support, and training for technology-based systems to supervisors throughout the facilities shops. Responsibilities include:
This position is designated as mandatory personnel for the University and may be required to report to work during adverse weather conditions, even if the University is operating on an alternate schedule. This position may also assist in the removal of snow, ice, or debris as required.
