Posted Job Title Executive Director, Center for Community Standards and Accountability Job Profile Title Director D, Academic Affairs, Academic Center Job Description Summary The Executive Director (ED) of the Center for Community Standards and Accountability (CSA) oversees Penn's student disciplinary system and Restorative Practices @ Penn program, as well as provides leadership and direction for efforts to educate students about academic integrity and conduct issues. This position supervises the staff of the Case Management Team and the Restorative Practices Team (10 positions), coordinates and offers workshops and other educational programs to faculty, students and campus leaders, and advises senior leadership about major disciplinary policies and issues. The ED works collaboratively with other units such as the Division of University Life, College Houses and Academic Services, Wellness Services, the Division of Public Safety, the Office of General Council, and academic units to respond to, investigate and/or resolve reports of alleged violations of University policy and other conflicts. CSA partners across campus with students, staff and faculty to educate the community about Penn's expectations regarding community, conduct, and academic integrity. In addition, as Penn's new Office of Religious and Ethnic Inclusion spins up as a campus resource, that office will partner with both teams in CSA and this ED will be responsible for developing processes that enable such partnership. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Provost Interdisciplinary Programs Pay Range $90,860.00 - $140,000.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
