As a Full Time, Day shift Float Registered Nurse, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing care in medical/surgical and telemetry units. This pivotal role demands mastery of hospital policies, sharp interpretive skills, and active collaboration with colleagues. Enjoy a 15% differential on hourly pay for your flexibility in delivering expert compassionate patient care in a variety of specialties!

1. Facilitate, Implement, and Evaluate Patient Care Plans: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Patient Plans of Care to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

2. Collaborate for Positive Patient Outcomes:  Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes and deliver holistic care.

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in acute care as an RN.
