THIS IS A GRANT-FUNDED POSITION

JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Research Study Coordinator assists the Primary Investigator (PI) with oversight, management, data input, and personnel splitting their time between a Department of Labor-funded program grant, an industry-sponsored grant, and an RO1-funded grant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees the day-to-day coordination and implementation of grant objectives and work plans.

2. Assists in the development of the program's implementation plan.
3. Consults with academic-clinical advisory partners; schedules and facilities regular grant meetings.
4. Compiles data, analyzes information, prepares related reports and makes recommendations on conclusions in compliance with grantee or federal reporting requirements.
5. Conducts regular and special surveys/studies for educational/training events.
6. Synthesizes evaluation data into meaningful formats for all key personnel. Assists with dissemination efforts.
7. Represents the unit or department at meetings. Makes recommendations on program grant policies and procedures.
8. Creates, implements, facilitates, and evaluates internship experiences using standards or best practices (SOBP); contributes to the evaluation of the program and disseminates program results.
9. Conducts reminder communications (phone call, email, text) with participants and ensures follow up appointments are met in a timely manner.
10. Manages petty cash/reimbursement accounts.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
