Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant GI at Alton Memorial Hospital IL

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Full time, 40 hr., Monday-Friday
• No weekend rotations, no Holiday rotations, and no call schedule 
• Inpatient/Outpatient 
• 1 year of GI NP/PA experience preferred but open to NP/PA with the background in Emergency Medicine, Internal Med, Med Surg, and ICU
• Will consider New Grad NP/PA with the background and clinical rotations in GI

Role Purpose

The Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who utilizes a high degree of knowledge, skill and competence in a specialized patient care area. This position assesses, diagnose, prescribes, initiates plan of care and evaluates outcomes within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with physician(s).
