This role involves collaborating with external governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and schools to fulfill grant requirements. The Manager will drive the program's competitiveness by establishing new partnerships and recruiting members through relationship-building and marketing efforts. This position ensures a successful handoff to the Program Manager, who oversees the daily operations of the program. Position Responsibilities: 1. Design, Plan, and Evaluate AmeriCorps Program
