TheManager, Procurement Process & Controlsposition is responsible for the development, delivery and oversight of Procurement processes, development of reporting and development of P2P capabilities. In this role theManager, Procurement Process & Controlswill work indirectly with AP to ensure invoices are process and paid according to Willow Bridge terms.

• Design, develop and implement procurement process & policy improvements by communicating action plans, guiding teams through changes, articulating business cases to stakeholders
• Develop and implement business strategies, analyze costs and forecasts, support resource requirements, and promote a customer-focused environment.
• Align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives by leveraging relationships, resolving conflicts, and eliminating obstacles to ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop reporting to measure Procurement and Business performance
• Identify opportunities, establish procedures, and recommend sustainable solutions by understanding trends and best practices

• Knowledge of procurement processes, standards, and systems required
• Comfortable preparing and presenting updates for senior management
• Ability to maintain effective working relations with user groups and vendors
• Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of the respected clients
• Ability to understand and execute project management activities
• Knowledge of accounting principles as related to procurement.
• Ability to analyze data, make judgments and develop reports
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Business. Master's Preferred.
