About the Role:

· Manage key accounts, addressing their needs and proactively delivering solutions for satisfaction and loyalty.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

· Engage in cold calling to uncover business opportunities and gather requirements.

· Use strong communication skills to convey our value proposition to clients and partners.

· Assist in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts.

About You:

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in business development.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Bachelorâ™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.

· Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

· Proven relationship-building skills at all levels.

· Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client visits.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

· Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
