Powder River Energy Corp. (PRECorp) is a member-owned electric cooperative serving five counties in northeast Wyoming with residential and commercial electric service.  PRECorp is accepting applications for a Project Manager position. The desired location would be in our Gillette office location.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

1. Knowledge of the principles of Project Management and ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Efficiency at record keeping required.
2. Knowledge of RUS Work Order processes and accounting desirable.
3. Ability to manage large complex projects to assure timely completion and within budget.
4. Skill in performing duties with the use of appropriate computer and general office equipment.
5. Ability to follow oral and written instruction and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and landowners.
6. Solid communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with membership on technical matters on distribution systems including underground verses overhead, transformer sizing, conductor sizes, location of service, electrical inspection procedures, and other questions, which may arise.
7. Must be highly self-motivated, able to adapt to a variety of working conditions, and be willing to perform a number of tasks outside the normal routine of the job.
8. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.
