University of Pikeville (UPIKE), the Leading University in Central Appalachia is actively seeking candidates for an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the Athletics Department.
The successful athletic trainer is expected to perform the sports medicine duties required for multiple sports teams of the University of Pikeville by carrying out the following responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Position requires daily contact with athletic trainers, director of athletics, student workers, athletes, parents, school administrators, other coaches, physical therapists, doctors, insurance companies, and doctor office staff in order to share information about the athletic program of the University of Pikeville. These relationships are maintained through e-mail, telephone, and person-to-person contact. Requirements:
