What you will do: We are looking for an ACCREDITATION PROGRAM MANAGER who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.

Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access:
The compensation for this position is $88,700.00 to $108,900.00 annually. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’
We are not able to support out of state employees at this time as we continue to serve our members and community in the metro Denver area and across the beautiful state of Colorado.

What you will bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in health plan operations, quality improvement, or healthcare accreditation, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in managing NCQA accreditation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of NCQA accreditation standards and HEDIS requirements, with a proven track record of successful accreditation submissions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive quality improvement efforts. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop short- and long- term goals.. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to effectively facilitate group interactions. Strong quantitative analysis, qualitative and problem?solving skills. Proven self-starter, excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and with very limited supervision. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with standard Windows software packages, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: CPHQ Certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving. |
