Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center Location: US:PA: Hershey SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position reports to the President & Chief Operating Officer and serves as a dyad partner with the physician service line executive. Develops long and short-term strategic plans, for implementation by the individual hospitals and medical groups, regarding the multi-disciplinary Children?s service line as it aligns with the Penn State Health strategic vision. Maintains accountability for the development and evolution of the Children?s service line across all geographic regions and Penn State Health sites by working through the Health System Executive Council. Works in a matrix relationship with hospital and medical group leadership to identify and report on key metrics to effectively evaluate services, physician relations, financial integrity, and potential market opportunities. Facilitates and directs the Service Line Governance Committee. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
