Nurse Manager of Professional Practice

• Oversee all the Nursing Orientation
• Lead the inpatient, diabetic, and surgical services educators
• Lead system rollout educational initiative’s

• Provide knowledge of how education supports the clinical excellence of a hospital

• Strong organizational and computer skills

Role Purpose

Promotes the professional development of nursing staff in collaboration with the Administrative team. Provides clinical and management direction to clinical educators. Evaluates professional practice systems (standards, policies, procedures, documentation, staff orientation, education, training, and development competency systems) to enhance patient care delivery and comply with internal and external regulatory agencies.
