UI Health is dedicated to the pursuit of health equity. Position Summary Employees in this role provide analytical support for contracting and provider network initiatives for assigned markets. This role oversees all provider contracts. This position serves as an internal liaison between the College of Medicine, the University of Illinois Hospital and external Managed Care related stakeholders. Accountable for providing financial analysis of provider payment terms to support medical cost review for the Finance leadership teams. Evaluates and creates financial analysis of contracts and contract profitability, audits and generates reports and executes appropriate action. Performs provider-level financial analysis. Maintains provider and facility contract information for new updates and renewals. Develops, implements and maintains policy and procedures to ensure compliance. Duties & Responsibilities

The budgeted salary range for the position is $107,000 to $110,000 We strive to provide a competitive salary, considering factors such as available market data, internal equity, candidate experience and qualifications, and budget constraints. The final salary offer will be determined through a thorough assessment of these elements.
